If you or someone you know have been required to complete a "Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions"(SF85P), please ensure that all information provided on the form is complete and accurate. It is recommended that you attain a copy of your credit report prior to completion of the form as question number 22 addresses "Your Financial Record", it is this section of the questionnaire that you will list your credit history and outstanding debt information.
There are thirteen (13) points under which you are evaluated:

(2) Guideline B: Foreign Influences
(3) Guideline C: Foreign Preference
(4) Guideline D: Sexual Behavior
(5) Guideline E: Personal Conduct
(6) Guideline F: Financial Considerations
(7) Guideline G: Alcohol Consumption
(8) Guideline H: Drug Involvement
(9) Guideline I: Psychological Conditions
(10) Guideline J: Criminal Conduct
(11) Guideline K: Handling Protected Information
(12) Guideline L: Outside Activities
(13) Guideline M: Use of Information Technology Systems
Although adverse information concerning a single criterion may not be sufficient for an unfavorable determination, the individual may be disqualified if available information reflects a recent or recurring pattern of questionable judgment, irresponsibility, or emotionally unstable behavior.
